1. What We Collect

When you register interest in the GTSEAT P47, we collect:

• Email address — provided by you through the register-interest form
• Timestamp — when you submitted the form
• Consent status — your agreement to be contacted

We do not collect your name, physical address, phone number, or payment information at this stage.

2. How We Use It

We use your email to:

• Notify you about P47 development progress and unveiling
• Send you an invitation when the product becomes available
• Respond to direct enquiries you send us

We do not use your email for unrelated marketing or sell your data.

3. How We Store It

Your email is stored securely on Cloudflare Workers KV, an encrypted key-value storage service. Access is restricted to authorised personnel with API credentials. All data is stored within Cloudflare's infrastructure and protected by their security controls.

4. Sharing

We do not share your email with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only:

• With our hosting provider (Cloudflare) as necessary to operate the service
• If required by law, regulation, or legal process
• With your explicit consent

5. Retention

We retain your email until either:

• You unsubscribe by emailing info@gtseat.ca
• The P47 programme concludes and no further communications are needed
• You request deletion of your data

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Objection — object to processing
• Withdrawal of consent — unsubscribe at any time

7. Cookies & Analytics

This Site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Standard server-level analytics from Cloudflare may process anonymised traffic data (IP addresses, request logs) for security and performance. This data is not linked to your email.

8. Children

This Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted an email, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
